Love beetroots for your body’s sake!

Beetroot is high in vitamin B’s and is great for liver function

Over the past 25 years I have found a definite pattern in poor liver function – due to a diet rich in sugars and carbohydrate show signs of an overloaded liver by having sensitivity to eating beetroots.  They tent to feel nauseous, and will say that they have an allergy to it???  In fact, if they were to continue to eat or juice beetroot mixed with spinach, carrot and lemon, with a small portion of the beetroot?  this remarkable vegetable will aid to detoxify the liver and on the 4th day “no more nausea”.The liver is a lot cleaner and the bowl motions a lot better to show for it.
